Hi!
" ... candidates should have previous FEED experience."
What it means?

It depends on the context. FEED could be the name of a computer program or
anything. For example, if you were applying for a job working with
computers, the employer might say " ... candidates should have previous HTML
experience." HTML stands for hypertext markup language. By itself, I do not
know what FEED stands for. I googles "FEED" and came up with lots of
options.
