english language school in new york city

Hello,
I'll be in NYC next september and I'm looking for an english school
for about 2 weeks.

I found so many institutes (Zoni.com, Learnenglish.com, ...) that I
don't know about their reputation, if they're ok or so..

My need is a grammar and/or conversation course not too much expansive
(no need accomodation, I'll check it by myself)

any idea?

Check out the free adult education courses. You will find yourself
surrounded by immigrants and students from around the globe, keep some
money in your pocket, and become more familiar with our crazy
language.

If you are looking for conversation materials, you might also check
out my website at www.compellingconversations.com which offers free
ESL conversation materials.

Good luck. Enjoy your stay in New York City and don't spend a fortune
on private schools. NYC has a long, honorable tradition of welcoming
immigrants and providing free ESL classes. Just a thought.
