ram -------> wav / mp3

can you please tell me how to change ram to wav or mp3 format in real media?
i downloaded very important english files in this format but my mp3 player
plays only MP3 and WAV....
please HELP

I found this comment on the web.
I use Total Recorder to convert ram to mp3 or wav file. The only problem is
you have to play the ram all the way through in order to convert it.
